How We Do It

  1. You receive a pre-packaged kit with all meals and instructions.
  2. We provide guidance before, during, and after the cycle.
  3. Optional add-ons: before/after body composition or biological age testing.

Mild fatigue, headache, or hunger in first 1–2 days. Generally well tolerated.

Time to Full Effect

Most people feel lighter, energized, and focused after 5 days. Long-term benefits accrue with repeated cycles.

Can I drink coffee or tea during the 5 days?

Yes — black coffee and herbal teas (no sugar or milk) are allowed.

Will I be hungry the whole time?

Hunger is common in the first 1–2 days but tends to decrease as your body adjusts to fasting mode.

Is this safe for everyone?

It’s generally safe for healthy adults but not recommended for pregnant, breastfeeding, or underweight individuals without supervision.

Do I need to cook or prep anything?

What happens after the 5 days?

At EV Clinic we will guide you through re-introducing certain foods back into your diet and offer support to maintain your results. Some clients repeat monthly for optimal impact.
