How it Works

We restore pigment balance by:

  • Reducing melanocyte overstimulation via anti-inflammatory and pigment-regulating actives (tranexamic acid, niacinamide, retinal)
  • Rebuilding the skin’s barrier and dermal structure (exosomes, laser regeneration, antioxidants)
  • Addressing systemic triggers like stress, hormones, or insulin resistance
  • Modulating skin–neuroendocrine communication for long-term stability

How We Do It

Your protocol includes 4 synergistic pillars:

  1. Assessment & Diagnosis
    • Skin imaging + pigmentation depth evaluation
    • Hormonal screening (cortisol, estrogen, insulin, DHEA)
    • Lifestyle and systemic stress load evaluation
  2. Homecare Reset
    • Brightening agents: Vitamin C, niacinamide, tranexamic acid, arbutin
    • MG-BL™ & Brite Lite™ (professional-grade topicals)
    • Prescription SPF 50+ photoprotection
  3. In-Clinic Therapies
    • Dermapen 4™ + MG-BL™, EXO-SKIN™ + LED
    • Fotona Er:YAG fractional laser for pigment lifting + collagen stimulation
    • Tran3x™ protocols (melasma-focused tranexamic acid therapy)
    • Stem cell exosome therapy post-laser or microneedling
  4. Functional Support
    • Lifestyle coaching (sleep, circadian rhythm, insulin control)
    • Supplementation: Vitamin C, magnesium, acetyl-L-carnitine, DHEA (as medically indicated)
    • Nutrition for anti-inflammatory, pigment-safe support

Side Effects

  • Mild redness or flaking (post-laser or microneedling)
  • Sensitivity to sunlight post-treatment (SPF is essential)
  • Temporary dryness or tightness
  • Rare: Post-inflammatory pigment flare (managed with topical support)

Time to Full Effect

  • Initial glow and brightening: 4–6 weeks
  • Pigment lightening and tone improvement: 6–12 weeks
  • Long-term skin clarity and balance: 3–6 months with combined therapy + lifestyle care

Can pigmentation be fully removed?

Most types can be significantly lightened or resolved — especially when we treat the underlying cause (hormonal, inflammatory, or metabolic). Melasma may require ongoing care.

Is laser treatment safe for pigmentation?

Yes — especially when tailored to your pigment type. We use Fotona Er:YAG and pair it with microneedling + exosomes to minimize trauma and maximize results.

Do hormones really affect pigmentation?

Absolutely. Estrogen, cortisol, insulin, and DHEA play a central role in how melanocytes behave. That’s why we assess your hormonal health in every pigmentation protocol.

Is SPF really that important?

Yes. Daily SPF 50+ is essential — even on cloudy days or indoors. Without it, all pigmentation treatments can be undone by one unprotected exposure.

How long until I see results?

Some improvements (glow, brightness) appear in 4–6 weeks. Deeper pigmentation (melasma, PIH) may need 3–6 months of consistent therapy.
