How it Works

A thin laser fiber is inserted into the vein. As it is withdrawn, it emits heat that collapses and seals the vein.

How We Do It

  1. Local anesthesia is used.
  2. A small catheter guides the laser fiber.
  3. Laser energy is delivered as the fiber is slowly removed.

Side Effects

Bruising, tightness, or mild discomfort. Rarely, numbness or skin discoloration.

Time to Full Effect

Most veins close within 1–2 weeks, with cosmetic improvement in 4–8 weeks.

Does it hurt?

You may feel heat and pressure, but we use local anesthesia for comfort.

Will the vein disappear immediately?

The vein closes quickly, but it may take several weeks to fully fade.

Is this better than surgery?

Yes — it’s less invasive, with quicker recovery and fewer complications.

Can I walk after the procedure?

Yes — walking is encouraged immediately afterward.

Are results permanent?

The treated vein won’t return, but new veins can form over time.
